GDPR – for data processing

M.M DELUXE TRADE S.R.L., with its registered office in Bragadiru, 15A Raul Doamnei Street, Block 7, Apartment 3, Ilfov, registered with the Trade Register under number J23/6048/2023, tax identification number RO34754777, email office@go2rent.ro, processes your personal data provided through the online booking form as a data controller, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), for the following purposes:

Fulfilling any requests and/or complaints regarding the provided services.
Providing the services requested from the website www.GO2RENT.ro.
Providing car rental services (booking rental reservations, concluding rental contracts, providing assistance during the rental contract, issuing tax documents), complying with legal obligations.
Issuing insurance certificates/ handling damage claims.
Issuing border crossing authorizations.
Issuing letters of release of pre-authorized amounts to banking entities.

We will use the data you provide strictly for the purposes described above. We will process your personal data (if applicable) to respond to your requests and primarily to fulfill our contractual obligations.

All customer data, except for their accounting documents, will be retained for a period of 5 years. The legal basis for processing is both the performance of the contract and the legitimate interest of M.M DELUXE TRADE SRL in optimizing its range of services, informing customers regularly about its promotions and offers, fostering customer loyalty, and rewarding their loyalty.

Regarding customers’ personal data, they have several rights that they can exercise through a written request submitted on the website www.GO2RENT.ro in the contact section, with the required details mentioned above. These rights include:

The right to request access to personal data. Our customers have the right to receive confirmation whether their personal data is being processed.
Details about the processed data, their purpose, the retention period, and the extent of disclosure.
Reiteration of the rights related to personal data.
Request for data communication in electronic format, in which case the data will be provided in an electronic format used by M.M DELUXE TRADE SRL, unless customers request the information to be communicated in a different format.
The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if the customer believes that the processing of their personal data violates EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
The right to request the erasure of data. Customers have the right to request M.M DELUXE TRADE SRL to erase their personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies:

The customer withdraws their consent, and there is no other legal ground for the processing.
The right to request the restriction of processing, which can be requested under the following conditions:

In case the data controller no longer needs the personal data for processing, but the customer requires it for exercising, defending, or establishing legal claims.
The right to object. Our customers have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling. The right to request rectification of data. Our customers have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data, including by providing a supplementary statement.
Requesting a free copy of the processed personal data; we reserve the right to charge a fee for additional copies requested.
